Hi Loves!! Fall weather is approaching and I cannot wait! I’m ready to pull out ALL my boots and start making crock pot meals. I’m ready to say goodbye to this Alabama heat! BUT right now it is still quite warm, so I am always looking for great transition outfits for this time of year and this Plus Size Floral Cold Shoulder Smocked Dress is perfect for that! This is another look from the oh so wonderful DebShops. Y’all know I am like obsessed with them right now and I don’t see it ending any time soon!
The Look
Well first of all, it is my absolute favorite color… OLIVE! The color is perfect to transition into fall and the tiny floral details make it super girly and fun. I paired it with a pair of woven booties from Qupid brand and I think it looks like I’m ready for some changing leaves and hot chocolate. I choose gold accessories because I thought they complimented the dress color well, and lets be honest gold jewelry is pretty much all I wear.
The Fit
I am wearing a 3x and the fit is PERFECT! The smocked top is super stretchy and comfortable and even though it is off the shoulder I didn’t have to keep pulling it down. It stayed in place. There are also little spaghetti straps that are adjustable which is a nice touch. I love the cut of the dress it is flowy without looking bulky. It cinches in the waist then falls nicely over the curves.
