Today I’m tackling a massive closet declutter and getting rid of a TON of clothes and things I don’t need, don’t wear, or don’t even like anymore. It honestly became way too much, and this video is me finally facing it instead of shutting the door and pretending it doesn’t exist.

Apparently I’ve developed a new personality… and it’s wannabe homesteader.

In today’s video, I’m pressure canning homemade broth for the very first time, preserving chicken for the freezer, and learning in real time that this hobby is not for the faint of heart. There were wins, there were minor failures, and there were moments where I questioned all of my life choices.
